Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, in these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping company.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking link(code) from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Duties and Taxes:
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import duties and taxes will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
Elanesa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Items Out Of Stock:
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
